CHEF LES' CREDENTIALS

A graduate of the Stratford Chefs School Culinary Program, Chef Les has been working in the food industry since 1990.

This Red Seal Chef has applied his craft at restaurants in Toronto, Italy, Ontario's cottage country, and now here in London, Ontario.

Chef Les Cooks!  is his latest venture, incorporating catering for both corporate and home functions, wedding and  social gatherings, as well as private and group culinary demonstrations.  Chef Les enjoys meeting new people, and his personable nature will put you at ease while he works with you to plan every detail of your special event.
