A graduate of the Stratford Chefs School Culinary Program, Chef Les has been
working in the food industry since 1990.
Chef Les Cooks! is his latest venture, incorporating catering for both corporate
and home functions, wedding and social gatherings, as well as private
and group culinary demonstrations. Chef Les enjoys meeting new people, and his
personable nature will put you at ease while he works with you to plan every
detail of your special event.

Our newly expanded space inside Sullivan's Old North Market offers a variety of fresh baked goods, fully prepared meals, and hot and cold hors d'oeuvres ready for you to entertain. Check out our special Holiday Party Menu and Cocktail Party suggestions for some great ideas to help you celebrate your special occasion. Whether it is a formal sit-down dinner, or a casual cocktail party, let Chef Les do the work for you, so you can enjoy your family and friends.
